These are highly effective trauma therapy sessions using a technique called Timeline Intervention that is common for both NLP and hypnotherapy.
Timeline intervention goes back to specific memories from this life time that are relevant to the trauma you are experiencing and heals these specific events and memories from your subconscious. Clients have reported powerful changes from only 1-2 sessions of working on the same issue. Of course, the number of sessions depends on the depth of the trauma but changes occur from the first session.
These Timeline Intervention sessions do not only address trauma but also painful memories or unresolved issues from the past, as well as negative patterns that someone has been experiencing throughout their life. These sessions are also great for releasing limiting beliefs from your subconscious that have been holding you back.
In these sessions, we follow the timeline of your past and search for ALL the memories that come up relevant to the issue someone is experiencing. We do not only work with one event, but within the session, we explore all the events on the timeline that have been part of the pattern or somehow reinforced the trauma.
In this way, we actually get to the root cause of the trauma that the client may have been unaware of when they started the session. For example, a client might think that a particular emotion or event represent the subconscious trauma but in the session we may find out that the root cause for those feelings is something else or another emotion or event.
