Self-Love is the key to enlightenment. Is it the key to the door of Heavens and they key to loving others and the entire world, in an unconditional manner. Everything starts from the self, as the Ancient Greeks used to say, 'Know Thyself'. However, it's not all about knowing yourself, self-knowledge is tied up to self-love. Knowing, accepting and loving yourself unconditionally.
All human beings have some sort of trauma regarding love coming from parents, schools, society itself... We subconsciously believe we are not good enough, not lovable, etc. I have seen people tying to fight these beliefs through years of therapy with little success. This is because self-love doesn't come from the head space, it comes from the heart space.
Therefore, we can be taught by numerous therapists and coaches to love ourselves by putting ourselves first, by taking care of our needs, our bodies, by feeling that we are enough....and we can understand all these things logically and they make sense to us. But we need to FEEL them to truly achieve self-love.
Having struggled myself with self-love for years and having gone through stages of complete self-sabotage, I have tried different techniques until I came to this epiphany: Self-Love is not a mental state. It is not even an emotional state. It is a vibrational state.
Reaching this vibrational state has made me understand what true self love feels like and what are the key components to this state. This Workshop will transform your perception of what self-love is and will enable you to also transform your vibration into a one of Self-Love. You will understand the difference in vibration between people who love themselves and people who don't. You will learn what perception of reality is required for Self-Love.
We will go through the major components and keys to reaching this vibrational state and discuss each of them. By the end of this Workshop, you will have an understanding of what the vibration of Self-Love feels like and you will have started already being in this vibration.
You will also have the key tools to help you maintain this vibratory state as much as possible and get back into it fast. Self-Love is a continuous practice for many people but if you know how it feels like and what it is, then it is much easier to generate this energy.
