Join us on our weekly Healing Circles - Chakra Opening and Aura Cleansing sessions which take place every Wednesday evening from 7.30 pm.
Because we are always surrounded by people and don't have much time to think about ourselves, our auric field is often polluted with different foreign energies and even entities. These create blockages in the flow of prana throughout our body and, in time, can manifest illnesses. Just as we regularly need to clean our physical body, in the same way our energy bodies need cleansing. Having this kind of meditation regularly strengthens our energy fields and prevents blockages.
In these 2 hour sessions, we will have a chakra mediation which will clean and fully open the main 7 chakras of the etheric body so that there are no blockages in the way of the life force energy, our Kundalini. Raising the Kundalini heightens our psychic abilities, keep us in a good physical health and facilitates the flow of prana through our chakras.
Every week, there are also other meditations included, depending on the vibration of every group of people. For example, there may be a need of cleansing the Solar Plexus more or working on healing emotions and opening the Heart Chakra. Other times, we learn how to ground ourselves. There are also healing techniques included and the opportunity to work on each other in order to feel blockages and use these techniques in order to heal. These sessions are fun, informative and extremely balancing.
Those who can, bring a cushion with you for the mediations. We will be providing a few cushions nonetheless, as well as tea and biscuits.
